    Usually, you need to talk to a bank about financing. They give construction loans. You need to have a good portfolio put together including your business plan and a budget.

    Depends. If you have enough money to cover 30%-35% of construction cost, you can get bank financing for the rest. If not, you need to arrange equity investment first.
